Tasks, workpieces and constraints. The chat helps you clarify the work, even without technical vocabulary.

One catalogue, many manufacturers

5,087 robot listings across 609 brands. Source and date available for 4,717 professional listings.

Listings show sources, check dates, estimates and data to verify. A dated check does not guarantee that a product is still available or that its price is current.

219 models with a source and a recorded date in the last 30 days · Latest recorded date:

How we select alternatives

We start with the work to be done and the requirements you provide. Browsing the catalogue and selecting models for a project serve different purposes: a listing does not mean a model is suitable for that task.

When available, AI helps interpret the task and explain alternatives. Checks and shortlist order follow explicit rules applied to catalogue data.

  • Relevance: we compare the required function, documented applications and robot family. Being listed in an industry alone does not prove that a model can perform the task.
  • Declared constraints: a known payload, reach, repeatability or budget limit excludes a model when it does not meet the requirement. Unknown data remain to verify and do not count as a passed check.
  • Order: process-based searches prioritise known adequate physical specifications, then missing data, then shortfalls against process assumptions. Searches by application area instead compare documented relevance signals. A score is not a guaranteed success rate.
  • Prices: a low price does not establish technical suitability. We distinguish sourced prices, estimates and prices to request; missing data are not low-cost offers.

Open “Why it is listed” in the results to read each model’s reasons and caveats. Confirm throughput, tooling, space and operating conditions with the supplier: the shortlist is a starting point for project validation.

Why it is free for businesses

Search and comparison are free. The model separates qualified requests, supplier subscriptions and advertising: they do not change organic ranking.

Our role

  • EasyRobot does not sell robots directly: it helps you choose and prepare contact.
  • EasyRobot is a marketplace, not a system integrator: it does not design or install systems.
  • Paid placements are always labelled “Sponsored”.
  • Prices, availability and feasibility are confirmed with suppliers for the actual project.

The essential answers

Do I need an account?

You can search and compare without an account. An account lets you save a project and manage requests. Registration sends nothing to suppliers.

Is an Italian VAT number required?

No. It can help retrieve public company information for you to confirm. It does not verify your identity or the project requirements.

Are the robots already suitable for my project?

Results help identify alternatives. Feasibility, integration, price and availability must be confirmed with the supplier for the actual project.

Are ROI and TCO analyses available?

New activations are being prepared. Existing contracts retain their conditions; a free account does not unlock economic analyses.
