Search and the Base profile remain free. New paid activations are closed while matchplace prices and conditions are defined. ROI, TCO and benchmarks belong to a future phase; creating an account does not unlock them.
The conditions below are historical and are not an offer for new purchases. Conditions recorded in existing contracts remain applicable, without retroactive changes.

Operator and availability
The operator’s identity must be completed before purchases are activated. Paid plans are not yet available to purchase.
These new plans are for professional use of EasyRobot. Conditions are presented before payment and retained with the contract. Robot prices and activation services require a separate supplier offer.
Prices and inclusions
Free account and Base profile are free: search, comparison of up to three robots and basic contact for buyers; a company profile subject to review for suppliers.
Buyer Premium: €29/month, 10 new reports per paid period and up to 100 saved projects. Unused report allowances do not roll over; retrying the same report does not consume another allowance.
Seller Premium: €99/month and up to 20 media items stored in the profile. It enables the plan’s opportunity features; it does not guarantee leads or sales and does not replace supplier verification.
Prices are final, including VAT where applicable. Sponsorships, RaaS Assessment and assisted services are separate: each requires its own conditions and acceptance, with no automatic additional charges.
Renewal, cancellation and existing rights
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel from your account at any time: cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Confirmation shows the effective date. Cancellation alone does not provide a prorated refund; incorrect or duplicate charges and mandatory rights remain protected.
After expiry, the Free account, saved projects and personal data export remain available. Generating and downloading Premium reports requires an active plan. New prices or allowances do not rewrite recorded contracts: future changes are communicated before an affected renewal and you may cancel.
Reports are simulations with stated inputs, formulas and sources; they do not guarantee returns, robot availability or financing.
