1. Controller and contact

During EasyRobot’s current preparatory phase, the controller is Matteo Terrenzio. For information or requests concerning your data, contact info@easyrobot.io.

The notice and controller details will be updated when the company takes over processing. The future company’s name does not replace the current controller identified here.

2. Data collected

For accounts we collect email, verification and access data, name, Business/Personal choice and, for business profiles, the stated company or practice and role. Research and projects may include text sent to Izy, needs, results, comparisons, company/VAT number, budget and its scope, timing and technical information you choose to provide.

When you confirm saving, we link the selected research to your verified account, project and private dossier. Phone is optional. Company enrichment adds information from identified sources, keeping provenance, dates and missing information. Email verification does not verify company representation, role or budget.

We also process technical access and security data and privacy preferences. When you activate voice, microphone audio is transmitted through EasyRobot to OpenRouter and its voice provider for transcription; response text may be sent for speech generation. EasyRobot does not archive audio; transcripts follow research retention. Alternative dictation may use the browser’s speech service. Avoid sensitive or unnecessary personal information in chat text.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Accounts, email verification, research, comparison, saving, enrichment and project management: provision of the requested service and steps taken at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Security, abuse prevention and technical diagnosis: legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Statutory obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Analytics and optional features requiring consent are managed separately in the preference centre, without preselected options. Research and accounts do not require marketing or commercial-sharing consent.

Shortlists and completeness or interest indicators help evaluate a project and remain indicative. They do not establish a purchase decision or make automated credit decisions or other legally significant decisions about a person.

Registration and saving do not authorize contact sales, marketing or automatic supplier delivery. Bidberry is a commercial possibility under evaluation: this collection does not initiate a transfer to Bidberry. Any use for different purposes requires specific information about recipients, data, channels and terms and, where required, a separate revocable choice.

When sharing is permitted, a commercial dossier contains only authorized fields: the full chat transcript is not automatically included. Rights and conditions of any earlier relationships remain separate.

Choices for commercial preparation and sharing

Internal commercial profiling relies on your optional consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Registration or saving a project does not provide this consent.

For business buyers and consultants working for a client, internal commercial profiling qualifies B2B needs and interests in robotics and automation. It covers only structured data from the selected categories and projects, never the full chat.

You may separately authorize sharing the selected profile, including for payment, with each named recipient. EasyRobot may receive compensation for this access. Sharing does not automatically authorize contact or marketing: any contact requires a separate choice of recipient and email or phone channels. You do not authorize recipients other than those listed.

Every choice is optional and applies only to the specified projects, categories and any contact channels, until your chosen expiry and never for more than 180 days. You may withdraw it from your account without losing access to the service. Saving a project, EasyRobot marketing and contact for specific opportunities remain separate choices: nothing is sent automatically.

No transfer to Bidberry is currently active. A commercial recipient must first have a defined identity and terms, followed by your specific choice. You can view, change and withdraw your choices in your account.

5. Providers and technical processing

The service uses Vercel for infrastructure, Supabase for accounts and databases, and AI providers through OpenRouter to process requests. Text and request context may be transmitted to the providers needed for processing. Web research and company lookup may query configured services and public sources, including OpenAPI, RNA and VIES, for information relevant to the request.

The database is configured in the service’s European region. Some providers use infrastructure or entities outside the European Economic Area; contact info@easyrobot.io for information on actual recipients and applicable safeguards. Provider information is available in their notices:

6. Retention

Izy research and associated text have a configured retention period of 180 days. Projects you explicitly save follow the project and account lifecycle: they remain available while you retain them or until deletion is requested. Linking a project does not refresh company-source dates.

Commercial choices expire on your selected date, within 180 days. Expiry and withdrawal prevent new commercial use within the withdrawn scope; service data and evidence needed to document choices have separate purposes and retention. Withdrawal does not refresh or remove external-source dates.

Technical logs and security evidence are retained as needed to detect and resolve faults, protect access and handle disputes. Documents subject to legal retention or needed to protect rights follow those obligations. Retention necessity is reviewed against the stated purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw optional consent. Contact info@easyrobot.io specifying the right and data concerned; identity verification may be required. Your account provides available data and exports and account-deletion requests. Withdrawing sharing stops relevant new service access but does not automatically retrieve copies already received by third parties.

You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
